“Tour guide showed up 20 minutes late which was a great start. The whole group was waiting patiently at the meeting spot and reached out to the tour operator who graciously decloned all of our calls. We paid for a tour in English and the guide spoke none. I consider this a complete loss.. possibly fraudulent.”
