I booked this more expensive tour because it said small group of 10 people max. we were 40 in a small cramped bus for 17 hours. all the tours 1 day torres del paine are with another company, so this is just an agency booking the bus for you. I don't recommend booking with them they charge more for the same thing and are wrongly describing the tour! the seats in the bus are very small, we were 2 normal sized adults. because it is a large group everything takes longer.”

Make sure you take enough water. There may not be a place to refill on the trip. The restrooms cost money at the rest area / campsite halfway through the hike.
