“I was somewhat disappointed about my private trip. First, there is a lack of communication; only until two days before my trip I received the schedule for the excursion. Second, my guide was over half an hour late picking me up. The guide's excuse was the tour operator send him the wrong address. I was quite shocked as I always provided the name and the full street address of the hotel to the tour operator the entire time. Lastly, I felt the tour guide was a bit rushed; we only stopped at several viewpoints inside the park and nothing more.”
