“Did not have reservation Gave us worst table location in restaurant Did not give us dinner napkins, and when we asked for some we were given bar napkins Non American guests beside us requested dinner napkins and were given 3-4… No water offered and other guests were offered No bread rolls offered and other guests were offered Driver pickup and drop off went well Show was excellent Our conclusion was that since we were American they treated us much worse than non-Americans We travel a lot and in no way tout USA as being better as we travel, so this terrible service was surprising and disappointing Food was very average,…”

“The transportation from the hotel to the venue was fine. The food was ok but nothing special. The table were I was placed for the show was right at the back behind a lot of other tables in all directions and as such pretty much all I could see for the show were the back of peoples heads and the pillars. This table along with several of the others should not be allowed to be used/sold to the customers for the show!!!! If you want to see the show I would suggest that you contact them directly to try and ensure you get a decent table and if not I…”
